Bringing boutique hotel back from the brink
An exclusive boutique hotel turned to Kimball Hughes Public Relations to manage their crisis response when a fire tore through the building on Valentine’s Day. The fire, which occurred when the hotel was at full occupancy, required the three-year-old hotel to fully gut their entire interior.
Kimball Hughes Public Relations handled their initial crisis response, which included communicating with media, customers and employees. We coordinated with the hotel’s in-house PR team to minimize the damage to their reputation. Following the initial crisis response, Kimball Hughes managed the hotel’s customer relations through social media.
